Summerina is a late maturing mandarin (October in the Riverland) which is seedless.
The fruit is very easily identified with its uneven and bumpy skin which does not go puffy, while the rind has a distinct lemony/orange aroma. It is a very juicy fruit which does not granulate, even after peak maturity.
From southeast Australia this bud mutation is a very productive and vigorous upright tree.
